Preliminary Matters – Consent Agenda |

Preliminary Matters: We will hold the April 4, 2011 Board meeting at the Career Technology Center at 7:00 p.m. Prior to the meeting, the school will provide a meal beginning at 6:00 p.m. At the beginning of the meeting, we will recognize our Teachers of the Year and present awards to each. We will also recognize the Academic Decathlon teams from Obion County Central High School. Items of Note: TCAP testing will take place the week of April 11 through April 15, 2011. School will be dismissed on April 22, 2011 in observance of Good Friday. Consent Agenda (Item VI.): The consent agenda consists of the monthly personnel report, the report of substitute teachers, and the monthly financial reports/business activity. Also, as of March 1, 2011 the following has been removed from the technology inventory system and taken to the Obion County Recycling Center: All of the above equipment was in non-working condition or of no value due to usage and age. A document describing the equipment is attached. Staff Recommendation: I recommend approval of all items listed on the consent agenda. |
